Customer Service and Returns Policy: We provide 90 days warranty on all our products.

Customers have 14 days after receiving item to notify Server Equipments in writing if they would like to return the product for a refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance, in case of RMA, Warranty Repair or Refund.

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained for all returns.
